Baby Boomers and Generation X'ers between the ages of 25 and 34 were owning houses at a rate of almost 50% during their heyday. Millennials, however, are owning houses at a rate of 37% in the same age gap. Why are millennials owning houses at such a slower pace, and what does that mean for the future of housing?
